2024 Fall Meeting

REGISTRATION

Click the "Register Now" button to register for the Heat Exchange Institute's 2024 Fall Meeting, November 13-15, 2024, in Charlotte, North Carolina.

HOTEL INFORMATION

The Dunhill Hotel, located in the heart of Charlotte's Uptown, within walking distance to museums, galleries, shopping, dining and much more.

Hotel reservations can be booked through the following link, HEI Booking Link. The nightly Group rate is $209 + tax. The discounted rate applies to the Vintage Queen room type. Be sure to book your room by no later than October 13th to take advantage of the discounted group rate. The group rate will be honored 3-days pre/post meeting subject to availability. To book your sleeping room for arrival ahead or to stay after the meeting, please call the hotel directly and information them you would like to book within the HEI room block, 704-332-4141. If you have any difficulty booking your room, please contact the HEI office.

Reservations can be canceled 2 days ahead of check-in to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night's room & tax.

Check-in at the hotel is 4pm, check out is 11am.

LOCATION

Charlotte Douglas International Airport is a 20 minute drive. Rental car agencies and ride share services are available. Onsite parking includes valet at $38 and self-parking at $23.

ACTIVITIES

Offsite Dinner - An optional dinner will be arranged for the group to go offsite for dinner on Thursday evening.
