2024 Spring Meeting

HOTEL INFORMATION

The nightly Group rate is $199 + tax. Be sure to book your room by no later than APRIL 10 to take advantage of the discounted group rate. Reservations can be canceled 7 days ahead of check-in to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night's room & tax.

Check-in at the hotel is 4pm, check out is 11am.

LOCATION

The hotel is located 25 minutes from Kansas City International Airport (MCI). Major rental car agencies and ride share services are available at both airports. Transportation may be arranged in advance through the hotel, 202-448-1800.

Offsite Dinner - the group will go offsite for dinner on Wednesday evening. Location TBA!
