HEI 2025 Spring Meeting

HOTEL INFORMATION

At The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village, experience sweeping views of the Caloosahatchee River, San Carlos Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico from this beautiful waterfront setting in Cape Coral, Florida, located 15 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) (Ft. Myers).

The nightly Group rate is $279 + $28 nightly resort fee + tax.  Be sure to book your room by no later than March 13th to take advantage of the discounted group rate. The group rate will be honored 3-days pre/post meeting subject to availability. We encourage you to book your sleeping room at the hotel as soon as possible, subject to cancellation, to ensure your specific travel plans can be accommodated. 

Reservations can be canceled 7 days ahead of check-in to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night's room & tax.

Check-in at the hotel is 4pm, check out is 12pm.

Resort Fee inclusions: 
- Daily 2-Hour dolphin sightseeing tour (times available are 9:30am and 11:30am daily. Visit the front desk for schedule and reservations.
- Daily yoga on lawn 8am-9am
- Bicycle rentals
- Enhanced Internet Service in guest rooms

LOCATION

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is 15 miles from the hotel.  Rental car agencies and ride share services are available. Onsite parking includes valet at $38 and self-parking at $25.

ACTIVITIES

Offsite Dinner - An offsite dinner will be arranged for the group on Tuesday evening, location to be announced.
